What do you like best about GEN TDS?

I am a CA and have been using Gen TDS return filing software for over 10 years to manage my taxation paperwork. The software has made everything significantly easier for both me and my staff. It allows me to quickly complete and submit tax forms such as 24Q, 26Q, and 27EQ without any hassle. I have found many useful features in the software, including automatic PAN verification, tax payment integration, and bulk data upload. Their marketing and support teams are always helpful when I have queries and assist me with the return filing process. What do you dislike about GEN TDS?
