**What do you like best about Gemseek?**

What I liked the most about Gemseek in short has been its interface, which has allowed me to manage, organize and improve the way I provide my customer service to my buyers in a much more efficient and practical way to My, its performance is quite good, during its use I did not have any type of problem or inconvenience that greatly limited the use of this application, on the contrary, everything was quite fast and simple and without presenting major problems, the service team to the client is quite fast at the moment of supporting us in any problem or inconvenience that arises, allowing us in a much faster and more precise way to advance with our tasks without any problem.

**What do you dislike about Gemseek?**

None, I have nothing to complain about using this application, I have really found it quite practical when it comes to handling my clients' customer service in a much more precise and reliable way.

**What problems is Gemseek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been of great help to us to improve the way in which we provide customer service to our consumers in a much safer, more practical and efficient way, which allows us to solve a large number of problems in a very more organized and precise to our clients, which is something of great help when we want to solve the problems that afflict our users in a much more efficient and faster way than we currently do.

**What do you like best about Gemseek?**

Geemsek developed very powerful platform for our company. Now, we are doing great job with our customers.  We bulith our platform together making it better all the time. Their support is so valuable for us. No mater what kind of issue I have they always ready to solve it in a short notice.

**What do you dislike about Gemseek?**

Everything is great! There is nothing  to complain

**Recommendations to others considering Gemseek:**

Very competent team of people! Always ready to assist and help to solve no mater what kind of issues you have.  I strongly recommend this company.

**What problems is Gemseek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On customer platform from time to time I have some issues uploading my masterdata. Gemseek team is always ready to help.

**What do you like best about Gemseek?**

The platform is easy and user friendly, which gives us the opportunity to see instant customer feedback in their own words and in a preferable language. It helps us measure and manage customer needs, identify top issues, collect and proactively respond to them.

**What do you dislike about Gemseek?**

It would be useful to create/build an interactive dashboard per customer criteria: NPS score base, volume base, segment base and etc. to monitor pipeline activities and drive team KPIs.

**What problems is Gemseek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GemSeek CX is flexible to act on customer feedback in real-time and shows the real impact of our CX initiatives. Consider it from an analytical standpoint, it’s good to know how our customers feel in the moment or over the past week and at the same time, it is also important to compare how our team was performing a year ago or longer. Having possibilities to view analytics in both contexts, helps us understand what we are doing well (now and historically), and what things are opportunities for our team moving forward.

**What do you like best about Gemseek?**

It evaluates the financial, operational and human impact of individual close-the-loop actions as well as mid and long term improvement projects.

**What do you dislike about Gemseek?**

Speed – it loads sometimes too slow (especially if a survey wave if is ongoing)

**Recommendations to others considering Gemseek:**

Try the action manager and the pre-built close-the-loop process – you will love it!!!

**What problems is Gemseek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I close the loop with customers now in less than 72 hours. Based on their feedback I can initiate improvement projects and track them through the system. Then  I can inform the customers automatically what we have improved based on their feedback. This is super powerful to please them.

**What do you like best about Gemseek?**

The GemSeek CX platform is a complete end to end platform. I especially like the opportunity to build and launch surveys on your own. Now after we were hit by COVID-19 this is crucial to make our surveys adequate on time.

**What do you dislike about Gemseek?**

There are few functionalities which are restricted. I always have to ask my manager and then he has to check with the GemSeek team – this process is really cumbersome.

If you need an easy-to-use solution go for GemSeek CX

**What problems is Gemseek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run all of our surveys through GemSeek CX. Our response rate has increased and we can now reach customers who never responded to our phone calls in the past. The surveys are branded with our logo and colours and it is super easy to interpret the results.

**What do you like best about Gemseek?**

The CX platform helps us not only measure customer satisfaction at the moment the interaction happens but also to immediately engage on a customer level and improve satisfaction. The days of waiting for a month to understand our NPS score are over - we have all the metrics within a click in our customised dashboards, which allows us to be both tactical and strategic in our business planning.

**What do you dislike about Gemseek?**

Nothing I can think of, great and scaleable solution

We've always been distanced from our customers due to the nature of our business. Via the platform, we are now closer than ever to understanding some of the dissatisfactions that we've been seen expressed by our customer support and customer success teams.

**What do you like best about Gemseek?**

What I truly love about GemSeek CX platform is the text analytics dashboard. It is super intuitive and easy to use. I can export all charts in powerpoint and all data excel and to engage internal stakeholders in the blink of an eye. It is a very effective tool.

**What do you dislike about Gemseek?**

The user interface of the summary dashboard can be further simplified. Many of our users will just worry about the key scores in their site and they've found there's often too much data there to make sense.

**Recommendations to others considering Gemseek:**

The product is great – just try it!

**What problems is Gemseek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past our process was manual. We were wasting a lot of time in data collection and processing. The process now is fully automated. We can make suggestions for improvement which can be implemented quickly.

Benefits realized - Actionable change in the business. We've been able to highlight where issues are and what the customers really think about sites and build action plans based on these issues. We've been able to then track the impact these changes have had on the business at an international, national and regional level.

**What do you like best about Gemseek?**

GemSeekCX is easy to use and allows us to make many customizations. It perfectly fits our organization thanks to the in-built multi-level hierarchy setup. I love the To-Do list feature, which is very user-friendly and easy to understand by all levels and all cultures.

**What do you dislike about Gemseek?**

The surveyed engine can be further improved to allow us to run ad-hoc surveys.

The platform helps us drive customer-centric culture and service-based differentiation – we are getting objective, measurable customer feedback, which allows us to respond effectively to changing customer expectations.

**What do you like best about Gemseek?**

Gemseek team treat me like a family member and try to make the platform work in every single situation. Super quick to respond whenever any user has an issue. They even incorporate our feedback into the platform future roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Gemseek?**

The survey builder can be made more intuitive. We went through a great F2F training after the implementation but for all new users, it is very challenging. We would like also to get more specific features designed for our industry needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Gemseek:**

Service and support are extraordinary starting from the first day of the implementation. We are pleased that we went with GemSeek.

**What problems is Gemseek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business needs to be in a constant connection with our clients as they often switch to another supplier after a single negative experience. Gemseek platform allows collecting feedback after each interaction. Our account managers receive immediate notification and try to resolve clients problems ASAP.

**What do you like best about Gemseek?**

As a manager, I can easily see how all my employees are performing daily. They also have access to customer comments which boosts their ownership and accountability.

**What do you dislike about Gemseek?**

As our employees constantly shift from one location to another I would like to be able to track their movement and count their performance dynamically.

**Recommendations to others considering Gemseek:**

Negotiate to get as many training sessions as possible and Organise training for every single front-line employee

**What problems is Gemseek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evaluation of the performance of all our locations as well the individual employees. We provide coupons and discounts to unhappy customers and many decided to continue buying from us.
