Gemini has been a fantastic tool for getting all of our people-related data into one centralized system. We no longer have to reference multiple spreadsheets or build manual org charts to have headcount planning discussions. It has benefited us to incorporate open roles and the current headcount to see how different changes will impact our organizational plan. Their team consistently seeks customer feedback and shares what is on the roadmap. They constantly roll out new features and respond the same day, usually within the hour, for any concerns. I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike. Most user enhancements I recommend are usually always on their road map. They roll out new features regularly, and it is so helpful.
