What I like most is its deep, native multimodal reasoning and seamless enterprise integration. Its ability to handle massive context windows lets it accurately synthesize lengthy medical records, clinical guidelines, and research papers within a single prompt. On top of that, its enterprise-grade data privacy and grounding features help ensure proprietary data stays protected, providing reliable, context-aware assistance without disrupting existing operational or clinical workflows. What I dislike is that the prompt-level guardrails can sometimes feel overly conservative, occasionally refusing benign but complex clinical analytical requests. In Sheets, the automated formulas and data manipulations can also struggle with highly nested clinical logic, which then requires manual formula corrections. Additionally, enterprise-tier pricing can add up quickly, and occasional latency spikes during peak hours may disrupt time-sensitive administrative work and meeting workflows.
