It saves me time, makes repetitive work easier, and helps me keep instructions consistent without explaining my requirements every time. I find it especially useful that I can upload reference documents to get more relevant answers, organize complex tasks into simple steps, and experiment with different ideas. I also find Gem useful alongside Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets for managing reference documents, organizing information, and tracking recruitment data. I’d like Gem to remember context and follow detailed instructions more consistently. Sometimes its responses can be generic, and I need multiple follow-up prompts to get the result I want.
