What do you like best about Gem?
Gem makes my outreach and follow-up process much more structured. I like that candidate communication, pipeline stages, notes, and engagement activity are all visible in one place, so I don’t have to manually track everything across spreadsheets or scattered email threads.
The platform is easy to use, and its integrations with LinkedIn and email help cut down on repetitive work. It’s especially helpful for managing multiple outreach campaigns at once, tracking responses, and staying on top of timely follow-ups.
