What do you like best about Gem?

I like best about Gem is its intuitive interface and how it brings sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting workflows into one place. The automation features save time on repetitive tasks, the analytics provide useful insights, and the integrations with ATS and other recruiting tools make it easy to keep everything organized and efficient. What do you dislike about Gem?

One area where Gem could improve is performance with larger candidate lists, as some pages can occasionally feel slow to load. There is also a learning curve when exploring more advanced features, and having more customization options for reporting and workflows would make the platform even more flexible. What problems is Gem solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gem helps streamline the recruiting process by centralizing candidate sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management in one platform. It reduces manual work, keeps candidate information organized, and makes it easier to track interactions throughout the hiring process.
