We run print-on-demand production as a PSP and use GelatoConnect for order intake, workflow, procurement and shipping. The standout for us has been flexibility — rather than forcing our production floor into a rigid preset workflow, we've been able to configure rules, routing, and product setups around how we want our business to operate. The trade-off with flexibility is configuration time, but Gelato has invested a lot of time and effort in helping us onboard and continue to maintain a strong business partnership. What's kept us confident in the platform long-term is that GelatoConnect doesn't feel like it's standing still.
