What do you like best about Geektest?

We've been using Geektest for years for our pre-hiring technical selection. It is a very effective, yet very simple and easy way to quickly compare candidates on a level playing field basis. But above and beyond that, their customer service is awesome. Questions are not addressed by a bot but by real humans and you get lightning-fast answers that are really helpful. What do you dislike about Geektest?

What problems is Geektest solving and how is that benefiting you?

For each IT job post of ours, we manually screen incoming resumés, ask the screened candidates to provide a self-assessment of their technological abilities, and then verify their own assessment by asking them to do the appropriate Geektest. Those candidates who do well with the test and whose self-assessment is consistent with their results are invited to the one-on-one interviews. That process saves us lots of time.
