What do you like best about GCPay?

The quick service, agents resolve the issue with in minutes and i can assist trades/ vendors to upload progress claims or SOV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GCPay?

That i don't have the full training i need, i had relied on my team mates to train me and i feel like I rely on GCPay Help desk for things i can do if i knew how with training Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?

updating email for contact in trades so they can access GCPay (members of the subcontractors / employees change and the old address is on file), also help updating lines in SOV (adding tax portion) updating budget, deleting invoices in a progress claim that were revised, (two invoices in one claim, one needs deleting i don't have the ability to delete). Thank you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
