What do you like best about GBTEC Platform?

I like the BIC Platform because of its intuitive operation and excellent customer service. The support and consulting team provides quick assistance, finding solutions swiftly even for more complex issues. It is positive that the customer's voice is heard and errors are corrected. What do you dislike about GBTEC Platform?

I find that the BIC Platform creates transparency over processes, secures process knowledge, and supports audit and compliance requirements. It forms the basis for digitalization projects, supports business and IT projects, defines clear responsibilities, and promotes standardized workflows.
