What do you like best about GBPPromote?

Bulk update, and specifically being able to filter by city or region before pushing a change. Our outlets in different states have different holidays, so I can set special hours for one state without touching the others. It is also easy to see which outlets got the change and which did not. We also use it for regular hour changes when we move to summer timings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GBPPromote?

There is no preview step before a bulk change goes live. The first time I used it I was nervous. Now I export the outlet list, check it, and then push. A confirmation screen showing exactly what will change would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GBPPromote solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wrong holiday hours. Every festival season a few outlets showed as open when they were closed, or closed when they were open. Customers turned up to a shut door and left bad reviews. Fixing it meant emailing every outlet manager and hoping they did it, and then checking each profile to see if they had. This year I set special hours for all outlets in one afternoon. We had zero hour related complaints that month. The same thing helps for summer timings and for local holidays in one city. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
