The quick support. Anytime we have any issue they are very quick to respond and give a helping hand. We also really do like to website. It gives to a nice overview of your current AR. If you need more detail you can drill down but the overview is very nice. The next best part is the automatic emails that get sent out by the system. This is a much better solution the manual emailing to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Gaviti? The setup was a little difficult. This was the first time doing this type of setup so I am sure that was part of it. I can't say enough good things about how involved they were in helping us get it setup and ensuring it worked. It was just a little more difficult than expected but nothing we couldn't handle with their help. I wouldn't say there are any downsides to using Gaviti. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Gaviti: Make sure to be very thorough as far as what you expect out of the program with them ahead of time. What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you? We were having a tough time keeping up with all of our AR. With multiple clients and and older ERP system is became more difficult.
