"Efficient Load Testing with Informative Reports"

4/5

What do you like best about Gatling?

I use Gatling for performance tests of my microservices and find it easy to write load scenarios with minimal code. The reports generated are well-written, featuring charts that help quickly identify issues. The charts and reports are especially valuable for analysis, as I can easily see response time distribution and error rates, which makes it easier to pinpoint where the system is slowing down. The initial setup was fast and easy, thanks to the documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gatling?

I find the learning curve can be slow because I'm not used to the Scala programming language. Things like chaining requests with dynamic data extraction, conditional logic within a scenario, or coordinating multiple users with different behaviors pose challenges for me. What problems is Gatling solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Gatling for performance tests, validating system capacity against real-world traffic. It helps identify bottlenecks swiftly and the generated reports make analysis easier, allowing quick insights into performance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
