"Great referral marketing software for eCommerce brands"

What do you like best about Gather?

I came across Gather a few years ago when I was working with a top online florist in Australia and have been using it for setting up referral programs for some of the other eCommerce brands I consult and advise with. I've been fortunate enough as well to develop a great relationship with the founder to give great product feedback and have been shared insights into upcoming features where I've been able to provide feedback. <br><br>What I like about Gather the most compared to other referral software solutions is that fact you can setup multi-tiered referral campaigns. For example, if someone makes 3 referrals, that's one reward, and if more referrals, they get other rewards. Most other providers I've tested do mainly two-sided referral incentives, but multi-tiered takes it to another level which is great. <br><br>You can also setup personalised referral campaigns, such as personalised opt-ins when someone shares a unique link. The UX of this for users is seamless and clients have been happy with using Gather. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gather?

The UX within the dashboard is a little hard to navigate at first if you're doing self-onboarding, but the supporting docs and customer support is really great (and they get back to you fast). What problems is Gather solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping build personalised referral marketing campaigns at scale for ecommerce brands. It's good software that goes beyond the typical two-sided referral incentives that most other providers do. Plus, the benefits of running these types of referral programs for ecommerce brands is great as it contributes to overall lower CPAs and new customer generation.
