"Transformative for Sales Workflow Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Garna?

I really like how Garna has become a perfect operational complement to Pipedrive, fitting naturally with the fast-paced demands of our B2B IT sales operations at NordTech Business GmbH. Its most valuable and standout feature is the fully customizable, reusable checklist builder that covers every stage of our end-to-end sales lifecycle, including new lead qualification, discovery call preparation, proposal coordination, client follow-up sequences, and regular pipeline auditing. I can embed every required process step and quality check into these templates, which standardizes how our entire sales team handles leads and active deals. This consistency eliminates inconsistent individual work habits and ensures no prospect receives uneven or incomplete sales engagement. The custom tagging and prioritization features are also incredibly invaluable because they allow me to organize and balance my daily workload efficiently. I can instantly filter tasks by deal value, client industry, pipeline stage, and urgency level, which prevents high-priority deal tasks from being buried under routine administrative work. Garna’s interface is clean, intuitive, and accessible, so I can easily adjust due dates, update task statuses, and attach client feedback or technical notes without facing a steep learning curve. Most importantly, it provides a centralized workspace that replaces messy Excel trackers and scattered team chat threads with structured, traceable workflows. Overall, Garna stabilizes our sales processes, minimizes missed follow-ups, improves cross-team alignment, and ensures all our B2B technology clients receive consistent, reliable, and organized sales engagement. What do you dislike about Garna?

There are several noticeable functional limitations in Garna that create extra manual work during busy sales seasons, affecting my overall operational efficiency at NordTech Business GmbH. First, the platform has no bulk task editing functionality, which significantly slows down my workflow whenever I need to adjust multiple tasks at once. When multiple deals experience timeline changes, priority shifts, or require unified tag updates, I have to open and edit every single task individually, which wastes a lot of productive time that could be spent optimizing our sales pipeline. I would greatly benefit from bulk controls for revising deadlines, applying mass tags, marking batches of tasks complete, or reassigning team work items. Additionally, Garna lacks customizable, tag-aware reporting capabilities. I cannot filter operational data by deal size, client type, or sales stage, making it impossible for me to separate high-value enterprise deal workflows from routine lead nurturing tasks directly inside the platform. There are no built-in data visualization tools or automated recurring reports, forcing me to export data and rebuild analyses manually in Excel. The platform also lacks task dependency logic and advanced automation rules, meaning I cannot link sequential sales tasks or auto-generate follow-up items once prior work is completed. On top of that, there are no pre-built sales operation starter templates, which made my initial system setup far more time-consuming and hands-on than necessary.
