What do you like best about Gander?

The interface is the reason I stuck with it. I've used others and always found the reports confusing, like I had to reverse-engineer what I was looking at before I could use any of it. Gander's layout just clicks with my brain. I can see where my brand is showing up in AI answers, where it isn't, and who's getting cited instead.

The monthly sentiment and reputation report is the other thing. It's written in plain language and tells me what's actually happening rather than dumping metrics at me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gander?

The category is so new that I'm still figuring out what "good" looks like. Some benchmarking or context around the numbers would help me know whether a given result is worth acting on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gander solving and how is that benefiting you?

My clients and prospects are increasingly finding people like me through LLMs rather than Google. I had no visibility into whether my brand was showing up in those answers or what was being said about it.
