What do you like best about Galooli?

The UI/UX is clean, intuitive, and offers real-time visualization of operational telemetry across diesel generators, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hybrid microgrids. Its REST APIs and seamless third-party integrations with enterprise asset management (EAM) and ERP platforms enable automated workflows. The performance is highly robust with minimal latency for site telemetry, while the AI/intelligence-driven predictive analytics optimize fuel consumption, battery state-of-health, and maintenance schedules. This provides a strong ROI by significantly reducing OPEX and site downtime, backed by responsive technical support during onboarding and continuous operations. What do you dislike about Galooli?

While Galooli offers comprehensive monitoring, setting up custom dashboards for non-standard legacy hardware devices can require complex initial configuration. Additionally, expanding native out-of-the-box API connectors for niche third-party telemetry protocols would further streamline system integrations. Further enhancing batch firmware updates for legacy edge controllers and providing deeper self-service customization within the reporting analytics module would also be welcome improvements.
