Access to a wide range of social channels through a relatively seamless process makes it so easy to run campaigns. The team are very helpful in both campaign proposals and setup, meaning that we can on board new clients pretty quickly. Access to the dashboard allows us to get real time insights into campaigns rather than having to request data from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were some teething issues with the self-service system rolled out, but they seem to have been addressed now. Also, we're not always able to setup tracking properly with clients which impacts on the performance and optimisation of campaigns, but this is more of client issue than Gaia - it just has an impact on the performance!
