I had some challenges with the change management piece from our previous PEO provider. Our employees were not used to a different interface for accomplishing the same tasks. Time off requests, benefits, paychecks were all still there and available but they weren't exactly where they had been with our previous PEO provider. If there is one area that G&A Partners might be able to improve, it would be providing greater assistance at the beginning of the transition project. To ensure that all team members really have a great understanding of how to get the information they need properly, without the pain of escalating through sometimes the wrong people, and trying to get the information that they were looking for.
