"Awesome tool - I can't live without it as a CF developer!"

What do you like best about FusionReactor APM?

FusionReactor gives me 100% useful insights into individual web requests, very detailed, can't live without it. Also works great for local development, not only to monitor and troubleshoot production servers. Finding performance issues is so much easier when using FusionReactor.

Typically and especially in complex web applications (think MVC, layered architecture, etc.) sometimes those nasty db-query-in-loop are tough to find. Easy as pie with FR.

Also very helpful to see the pain-points of your website/app - those slow running requests which no one reported yet. As a developer you can proactively work on performance improvements if checking this list of long-runners on a regular basis.

Using the developer edition locally together with the CommandBox integration is a no-brainer and should be the tool-of-choice for every single CF developer. Intergrals latest addition of all the features of the Ultimate edition to the developer edition is really helpful. I will definitely start playing with the FusionReactor Live Debugger in the future more.

On production servers, the daily/weekly email reports as well as the alerts on long running requests are much appreciated. We would never find out about some of those things if we would not use FR in production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FusionReactor APM?

What do you like best about FusionReactor APM?

FR brings "light into the darkness" for me. I also like how this monitoring software is constantly being expanded and developed in a progressive manner. The cloud integration offers many advantages. I can't say directly what I like best about it; for me, it is a daily tool to observe, check, and monitor the direct impacts of my work on the servers. For error analysis, it provides me with very tailored tools and usually gets me to the goal immediately. I also really like the AI support. It often provides very useful tips to narrow down errors. What do you dislike about FusionReactor APM?

Fundamentally, it is very expensive. We have a lot of instances in the cloud, and we cannot run it on all installations, as that would far exceed our budget. Compared to the range of functions, the price is certainly justified, but as a standard monitoring tool on all instances, it is unfortunately too expensive, at least in our environment. "Best tool on the market for CF monitoring"

What do you like best about FusionReactor APM?

We use FR on a daily basis to either assist in troubleshooting or just general performance monitoring.

Installation and integration with Coldfusion servers is straightforward and easy to automate (we use ansible).

Customer support is stellar. Hands on, without too much bureaucracy and back and forth with the support team, with quick turnaround times.

We recently moved to the Cloud + AI platform and it has more features than we know to use. We're still in the process of learning the ropes, but it provides with a more holistic view of our infrastructure compared to our old on-prem deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FusionReactor APM?

Nothing comes to mind immediately in terms of dislikes.

I would say that sometimes a setting is in a different place than what you would think.

The primary use we have for it is that it's allowing us to track down bad performing parts of our applications and identify areas of improvement either in code, resources or configurations.
