What do you like best about OpsPilot?

I love the ability to immediately gain insight into actual, real world production issues and the system factors behind them. From system resources to network or database congestion and conflicts, it's all right there at your fingertips! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpsPilot?

I dislike that my enterprise has chosen not to embrace many of the powerful features available to us such as FusionReactor Cloud, which would allow to gain immediate insight to problems across the enterprise, or live production debugging to be able to work through immediate problems in production. This is not due to any concerns with the tools whatsoever, they are rock solid. It is merely a lack of vision for what we could gain from such an investment. What problems is OpsPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fusion Reactor has been key in helping us work through issues in deploying our new platform, where we have had a number of challenges, primarily related to our implementation of a relatively new, open sourcedataabse backend.
