The support staff is exceptionally accessible, and I truly appreciate how they actively listen to user feedback and implement suggestions to continuously improve the platform's functionality. Fusion is excellent for multi-user environments, and the pricing offers superb value. While Fusion by Ensora Health is consistently proactive in refining workflows and improving the product, there are a few areas that could be enhanced. Specifically, the current kiosk feature lacks the functionality to complete intake forms, which would be a significant time-saver. Additionally, I have occasionally encountered minor glitches following software updates; however, the support team is typically very responsive and resolves these issues quickly.
