What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?

It's user friendly, relatively easy to navigate, edit, and update for non-techies. For instance, I edit the schedule frequently. Changing client names for specific times on other programs means deleting the entire appointment. On Fusion, I simply edit the client name and the entire profile switches with that one edit. This saves a lot of time. I can drag and drop appointments and specify their type, ST / OT/ in-person / telehealth / treatment / eval, by color coding. Documents needing to be completed have icons on the appointment so I can see them on the scheduling page. This is so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?

Every so often it glitches causing note completion to take a bit longer. For instance, when selecting a client name yesterday to complete yesterday's speech therapy session note, a note which was unfilled from last year popped up. I unknowingly completed that old note, then still had to complete the new note, then had to find that old note on the calendar to somehow delete it. I'm not sure how this can be fixed. What problems is Fusion by Ensora Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Fusion for completing notes and reports which are then uploaded to a separate billing EMR. It takes less than a minute to download necessary documents from Fusion making Fusion more or less compatible with any other program that takes uploads. Writing speech therapy notes and reports through Fusion is so easy. There are supports including eval summaries and shortcut key strokes and even a goal bank. among the beneficial features. The note glitch you described sounds really frustrating, especially having to sort through an old unfilled note when you're just trying to complete yesterday's session.
