Fusion is helpful because it has a clean, user-friendly layout. Even for new people coming into the office, it’s easy to navigate and find what you need. The scheduling screen can feel cluttered at times, and it’s easy to accidentally click the wrong appointment. When that happens, a floating window pops up and doesn’t go away on its own, which can be distracting. It’s manageable overall, but this is one area where the experience could be smoother.
