"Funraise Makes Donor History and Follow-Ups Effortless"

What do you like best about Funraise?

I like that Funraise gives us one central place to see a donor’s history and activity. Being able to quickly search for someone, see their past donations, recurring gifts, notes, and campaign activity is probably the most useful part for me. What do you dislike about Funraise?

I can’t really pinpoint anything I dislike about Funraise. For our organization specifically, one thing we would love to see is stronger volunteer registration and management functionality within the platform. We work with a large number of volunteers, so having their registration, information, participation history, and communication connected to the same system as our donor data would be extremely helpful. What problems is Funraise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Funraise helps us keep all of our donor and fundraising information in one place instead of having to track everything across different systems. I can quickly see a supporter’s giving history, recurring donations, notes, and campaign activity, which makes follow-up much easier and more informed.
