I love that Funraise is built by a team that really knows what nonprofits need, and it's always a real person when you have issues. The team is always open to suggestions, which I really appreciate. It's just so simple to use; the UI is great, and there's not a huge barrier to entry. The setup was incredibly simple. I also appreciate how Funraise makes it easy to see all our donors and create forms without any design experience. Now we're even going to be able to use it for events too, which is exciting. I find that integrating Funraise with our customized Salesforce objects isn't as seamless as I'd like. We have a lot of customizations in Salesforce, and it can be tricky for the integrations to work smoothly, which complicates things a bit for us.
