"Streamlined Funnel Mapping with Privacy Compliance"

What do you like best about Funnelll?

What I appreciate most about Funnelll is that I can build practical conversion funnels without any advanced technical background. I’m a Business Operations Specialist at Berlin Sport Supply GmbH, and we’re a small 28‑person sporting‑goods business, we don’t have a dedicated analytics expert on staff. Most days I’m juggling 7‑10 ongoing B2B wholesale projects, working with live wholesale sign‑up pages and retailer partner feedback surveys. I can lay out every step of our existing web forms right inside the tool, no coding required. It immediately shows me which exact step our retail contacts are abandoning, so I don’t have to guess what’s hurting our submission rates. For example, a few months ago I spotted a big drop‑off right after a question about expected order volumes, and that direct observation helped me rephrase the field and improve our survey completion rate. I also really like that it’s built with European privacy rules in mind. Since we operate out of Berlin, German GDPR compliance is something I have to consider for every tool we use. Funnelll lets me run funnel analysis purely on anonymous session data, so we never capture or store personal identifiable information from our retail partners. That keeps our internal compliance team satisfied and saves me from filling out extra approval paperwork every time I set up new tracking for our public‑facing forms. On top of that, pulling together findings for internal meetings is really painless. I can grab direct screenshots from the live dashboard and share those visuals with our sales and leadership teammates in our weekly syncs. Instead of handing over rough guesses, I can show real‑time behavioural data coming straight from actual retail visitors filling out our active forms. Every funnel I create ties back to real‑world wholesale outreach work for our sporting‑goods company, I’m not just playing around with dummy test data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funnelll?

Funnelll gets the core funnel job done for our B2B workflows at Berlin Sport Supply GmbH, but I keep running into noticeable drawbacks during my regular day‑to‑day work with our wholesale sign‑up pages and partner feedback surveys. First off, the built‑in export features are pretty limited. When I get ready for our weekly business reviews, I usually need to gather performance numbers across several different funnels for my 7‑10 active wholesale projects. Right now I’m only allowed to export data for one funnel at a time. There isn’t any bulk export feature that lets me select multiple funnels and download everything within one single file. So I end up downloading each CSV file individually, then manually copy and merge all of those datasets inside Microsoft Excel. This repetitive manual work eats up quite a bit of my time before team meetings, and manually combining spreadsheets also opens up chances for copy‑paste mistakes when I build reports for our leadership. Second, there is no native alerting functionality at all. I constantly monitor abandonment rates on our live retailer surveys and wholesale inquiry forms. If something breaks on a form page or one of our survey questions starts confusing visitors and drop‑off rates suddenly shoot up, Funnelll will not send me any kind of warning. I have to log into the dashboard and manually check every single funnel on my own schedule. When our business gets busy during peak sporting‑goods order seasons, I can easily overlook these sudden shifts for two or three working days. That delay means we don’t catch form issues right away, and our retail partners keep running into those frustrating problems until I happen to notice the metrics myself. These aren’t minor theoretical complaints; these are obstacles I hit repeatedly while working with real forms that our European retail partners actually visit and submit.
