The biggest differentiator is the personalized, consultative approach. Nick genuinely operates as an extension of our recruiting team rather than an external agency. He asks thoughtful questions, challenges assumptions when appropriate, and invests the time to understand what success looks like beyond the job description.

His network is also exceptional. Because he's spent years in the GTM space himself, he has access to highly qualified candidates that traditional agencies often struggle to reach.
