What do you like best about FullReach AI?

I like how FullReach AI makes AI search visibility easy to understand and actionable. I find the dashboard intuitive, and it makes it easy for us to track multiple AI platforms and competitors. The insights help us identify opportunities and turn them into actionable steps, saving us time and helping us make better-informed marketing decisions. I appreciate that it complements traditional SEO analytics by covering AI-generated answers and insights, and I like the connector options for Data Studio and ChatGPT. When we had issues or questions, support was quick and helpful. We switched from Peec AI because FullReach AI offered feature parity, more model coverage, and a cheaper price. What do you dislike about FullReach AI?

What problems is FullReach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled to understand our brand’s visibility in AI search and whether potential customers could find us on ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. FullReach AI shows our visibility, competitor comparisons, and opportunities to improve positioning, saving time versus manually testing prompts or guessing and helping us make informed marketing decisions.
