What do you like best about FrontStream?

The best thing about FrontStream is the amazing customer service and support. Their donation platform is excellent but can be overwhelming, so it is very important to have that great relationship to help guide the workflow process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrontStream?

FrontStream can feel overwhelming, especially for newer users. Although the functionality is excellent, the interface isn’t always intuitive: there are many icons whose purpose or function isn’t immediately clear, and they often appear without tooltips to explain what they do. What problems is FrontStream solving and how is that benefiting you?

FrontStream is excellent for managing nationwide fundraising campaigns and for connecting donors to their local United Ways through their ZIP codes. The option for donors to designate gifts to any 501(c)(3) is another key feature. We also really appreciate having a bilingual interface available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
