The dynamic report builder is fantastic. It allows me to build the report that I would like to see rather than depend on ad-hoc reports generated on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Though I like the dynamic reporting feature, it would still be helpful to generate specific reports on the fly. Also, the real-time monitor would benefit significantly from a design refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
