I really like that Frontegg is fully hosted, so there's no need to integrate any code into my application, which is great since I don't manage the React front-end. Their excellent customer support, especially the Slack-based support, is very convenient, responsive, and expert. I also appreciate that Frontegg can work with third-party IdPs or act as an IdP itself, allowing me to invite users based purely on their email addresses without additional integrations. This feature is super useful during the alpha or pilot stage when my customers aren't ready to set up SSO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The intrinsic complexity of CIAM is very high, and Frontegg has extremely high customizability, which means it can be a bit bewildering and confusing to figure out how to use. Currently, the portal mixes system configuration management with actual user and account management, which could be more clearly divided. It could also be clearer about the pricing models.
