What do you like best about friction AI?

It’s a clean way to track AI visibility over time without doing everything by hand. We mainly use it to monitor a fixed set of ~20 prompts and compare against a few competitors to see how we perform. The tool makes it much faster because it uses the same prompts and models each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about friction AI?

Our prompt list grew quite a bit to cover different audiences, so a bulk upload for prompts would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is friction AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It replaces ad-hoc checking and Google Sheet tracking with a proper system. We use it to track AI visibility and recommendations over time, spot where competitors are showing up instead of us.
