What do you like best about Freshteam by Freshworks?

I have been using it for 1 year, for first time I'm able to follow the status of my day off, sick leave, contracts, etc. I was hired using Freshteam and all the process was done easily than ever, since the first moment I had all the information that I needed. What do you dislike about Freshteam by Freshworks?

What problems is Freshteam by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

In every company that I worked in the past, was very difficult to request a day off, or vacations, all the time some information missed, poor approval process, my supervisor didn't see the email where I rested the time off. And other good things is the employees directory if I need to contact with a coworker I just click on FreshTeam, go to directory, type the name and that's it, I get all the contact information.
