What do you like best about Freshsales?

I think the support feature - to be able to talk to a customer support human at any time - day or night - is a real plus for me. I love this feature.I also like the stats that show up on how many opens I got from a campaign I sent, how many clicked on specific links and which persons exited from the campaign - useful statistics like these have helped with me sales data analysis. What do you dislike about Freshsales?

I think having to repeat myself when dealing with different agents at Fresh Sales who have likely not left notes about the company I work for - this results in me having to explain the problem again to the new customer support person I am handed a second or third time around. What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fresh Sales tells me which people (and their email addresses) are engaging closely with my company's email messages. This data or results show me who is interested and allows me to perform sales analysis on where those interested people (who have opened the email and/or clicked on specific links) are from and from which company and industry.
