What do you dislike about Freshdesk?

Freshdesk should improve the Analytics section so it’s more accurate and easier to create reports for clients. In the current flow, it feels overly complex when trying to build and generate the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freshdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have multiple products, and the volume of user queries is very high. When a product is at its peak and query traffic increases significantly, automation and the stability of every support feature play a critical role. This helps us improve the overall user experience and provide faster, more instant solutions to users. In this context, Freshdesk provides a stable and reliable support platform that helps us manage high query volumes efficiently while improving the overall user experience.
