"Freightos makes it easy and they have your back!"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Freightos: The Online Freight Marketplace?

It is SUPER SUPER SUPER easy to get quotes from Freightos. I like they break everything down and also have their own brokers and will help with HSA codes. I also like that management at Freighto's will step in to help if we have a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freightos: The Online Freight Marketplace?

Many of the participants who use the Freighto's platform are a bit "greedy" with their pricing. There are also a few GREAT and fair and reasonable price structures. I have found my DHL, FedEx, and UPS rates are frequently better. If a participant continues to not honor the delivery times I would suggest NOT allowing them to continue in the platform. I would use a RATING system for their quality of service and give REVIEWS on them. This way they are urged to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freightos: The Online Freight Marketplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

For LOCAL shipments, within the USA, they are pretty good. I have learned lots and I have attended the recent Webinar about China Tariffs and learned more about them and the HSA codes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
