What do you like best about FreezerPro?

I love that the user interface on FreezerPro is so easy to use. I manage samples for many different investigators, many whom are not technology savvy. This web-based program makes it easy for these investigators to use. It functions as a basic webpage making it clearer to some people. I love that making and using the user-defined fields are simple. This is the simplest to use freezer inventory system I have used but it still offers more above and beyond what I need. I think the strongest feature with FreezerPro is the customer service. It is basically effortless to ask a question as there are many options right on the programs home page. I always receive a response to my question the same day. This is an overall great freezer inventory program that I would recommend to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreezerPro?

The only issue I have with FreezerPro is the lack of one specific user-defined field I would like to utilize. There is no way in the system to say if Field A is true then show fields B, C and D. This would help with some of the studies I am managing. Although there are other ways to get the information into the system, it can seem bothersome and overwhelming. Recommendations to others considering FreezerPro:

FreezerPro is a great inventory system. My advice is to work with the FreezerPro customer service to get the program set up right away the way that you want it. They offered a training session over the web that really set me up for success! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreezerPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have struggled to find an inventory system that can easily manage multiple studies and users. FreezerPro made it possible for investigators to receive their own login to look at their own samples but not be bogged down by all the other samples in the system.
