What do you like best about FreeSWITCH VoIP Platform (64bit)?

We use Freeswitch as a custom-built aggregation gateway and a custom-built fax solution. Freeswitch allows us to provide call sequencing and forwarding to the next possible endpoint as well as providing custom least cost routing solutions and fall back from SIP to Copper when T38 won't work. What do you dislike about FreeSWITCH VoIP Platform (64bit)?

Due to the edge case uses, there is no standard build and GUI interface for our needs. We have had to build everything in-house. Some of the integration has been challenging, but worth it in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreeSWITCH VoIP Platform (64bit) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Freeswitch is our soft switch between clients and upstream providers. We run both physical and geographical redundancies with Freeswitch and replicate databases for call routing between hardware. Freeswitch is versatile enough that we have multiple companies using FreeSWITCH as backup services for each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
