What do you like best about FreeStand?

Freestand manages the full spectrum of sampling activities from start to finish to Mars Petcare for the brand Pedigree, Whiskas and Sheba. Mainly Freestand UI which I rely on daily, provides rich granular data that enables us to make informed, data-driven decisions.

What do you dislike about FreeStand?

Overall, we receive accurate data for the campaign by the end of the day but data refresh times can be optimized, particularly for new campaigns where latency occurs in the first days of the campaign launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FreeStand solving and how is that benefiting you?

Historically, sampling has been a primary driver for recruiting new consumers into the Petcare category for Mars. In the early stages, this was a manual process involving multiple parties to capture data and coordinate logistics. By partnering with Freestand, we have fully automated the end-to-end workflow as the platform now integrates everything from the initial claim form and data capture to final delivery. Furthermore, it automates post-trial feedback via WhatsApp, providing real-time consumer insights and purchase intent data, which allows us to execute sampling effectively at scale.
