What do you like best about Freemius?

Freemius gives us a reliable Merchant of Record setup so we can sell AIcollab.app services globally without getting buried in tax, compliance, and payment complexity. What makes it especially valuable is the fair pricing strategy, constant platform development, and how easy it is to understand and implement in practice. We also really appreciate how close the founder is to customers — being able to jump on 1:1 video calls for direct clarification and support helps us solve issues faster and grow with confidence. What problems is Freemius solving and how is that benefiting you?

Freemius solves the Merchant of Record challenge for us — handling global payments, tax/VAT compliance, invoicing, and related operational overhead in one place. That lets us focus on building and selling AIcollab.app instead of managing legal and payment complexity, so we can scale internationally faster and with much less risk.
