What I like most about FREEMAINT is its simple, user-friendly interface. It offers a practical way to manage maintenance activities, work orders, equipment, preventive maintenance, and service history all in one system. I also appreciate how well organized. At this stage, we have mainly evaluated FREEMAINT as a standalone CMMS, so we have not yet integrated it with our other business tools. From an HRS perspective, we would like to see easy integration with tools such as Excel, accounting systems, email, and customer databases. Good integration would make it easier to transfer equipment information, work orders, spare-parts data, service reports, and customer records without duplicate data entry. What I liked least is that some features and workflows feel limited when trying to adapt the system to a specific company's maintenance process. More customization options for fields, reports, user roles, dashboards, and service workflows would make it more flexible for different businesses. But this is only for add-on feature suggestion.
