What impressed me most about Freelancer.com is their uncompromising commitment to platform trust, identity verification, and professional standards. The verification interview conducted by Barry from the Verification / Trust & Safety team was top-notch. Barry was thorough, articulate, and highly professional throughout our video discussion. He verified my credentials, passports, and portfolio with immense precision while making the entire dialogue engaging and insightful. Having real human experts like Barry verify talent ensures that both enterprise clients and verified freelancers operate in a secure, high-trust environment. The initial verification process has strict identity and document standards, which might seem demanding at first, but once you go through the video interview with an expert like Barry, you realize this rigor is exactly what protects genuine professionals and clients from spam and low-quality accounts.
