What do you like best about Freedom ERP?

The most remarkable aspect of this ERP is the deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing processes that the system has embedded. Despite it being a cloud based system - I have never felt constrained about the functionality that is required for my processes. The user configuration, functional access system and the intuitive data architecture design enables - multi location / multi business seamlessly. I would rate this as best in class for a small and medium scale manufacturing or trading business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freedom ERP?

The area where I would like to see improvement / upgrade is providing us with more clarity on the long term data back up and archival process. In addition we also would request for a more formal handling the legal aspects of non-disclosure agreements and confidentiality. What problems is Freedom ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

The freedom ERP is currently the back bone transaction system for my entire business. It cover all the critical functional area of my business such as: master data, purchasing, materials, inventory management, production function, accounting and other key areas of work associated with my day to conduct of business.
