What do you like best about Fraudfinder?

The visuals when analysing documents are excellent — very straightforward and easy to understand. The AI feature is useful for helping interpret the findings clearly. The font view analysis is a standout feature, as it quickly highlights whether a document has been edited or altered. Another feature we rely on heavily is Version Changes, which clearly shows exactly what has been modified within a document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fraudfinder?

There isn’t much to dislike about the product or service. It’s very user-friendly and becomes even easier to use once you understand everything it analyses. The only improvement I could suggest is support for larger documents, although most of the documents we work with are analysed without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fraudfinder solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use FraudFinder on a daily basis, and it has been instrumental in identifying potentially fraudulent applicants within the rental market. It helps protect agents and landlords from entering into long-term agreements with unreliable tenants, significantly reducing the risk of unpaid rent.
