FrankieOne has been useful to consolidate a range of KYC/KYB activities into a single platform through their integrations with a number of third parties. The platform has also introduced a level of automation and digitisation into the process which has created efficiencies for our team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been a number of teething issues that have had to be resolved in year 1 post implementation which has impacted consistent delivery of outcomes and impacted delivery of KYC/KYB outcomes. We have also implemented FrankieOne through access via the online portal rather than with APIs which has not delivered the best user experience for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
