What do you like best about FrameworkLTC?

Being able to customize each customer specific for their needs. Therapeutic interchanges, what is house stock, how to package each prescription, etc. Once everything is set up it is easy to use. The features within the software are unmatched. Reports are extremely accurate. Customer service is quick and kind, they go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. What do you dislike about FrameworkLTC?

What problems is FrameworkLTC solving and how is that benefiting you?

FrameworkLTC helps us track our profit and loss, we can put rules in place to minimize loss on problematic drugs. The perpetual inventory and forecasting have made purchasing a breeze with less waste. ECM has been a game changer for us in making our pharmacy paperless the day we went live.
