It helps me handle consent forms and document signing work in more simple and organized way. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage consultation related paperwork, and also handle some wellness and follow up documentation during daily work, so I regularly use it for consent forms, assessment forms, diet related PDFs, and consultation documents. Keeping signed and pending documents together in one place makes things easier to manage during busy working hours. Uploading PDFs, adding signature fields, and sending documents to patients or clients feels straightforward in regular use. I mostly use it while handling repeated forms and consultation paperwork, so templates and document status updates are helpful for keeping follow up work more properly managed. Email notifications and completed document tracking also help me check which forms are still pending without handling everything manually. The interface feels clean and easy to understand, and overall the signing process has been smooth for my regular workflow. I have not faced any major issues with Foxit eSign, but sometimes while preparing documents, adjusting signature fields perfectly on PDFs can take a little extra time, especially when the document formatting is not very clean. Earlier, consent forms and approval related documents had to be handled manually, and sometimes checking pending signatures or completed forms also took extra time. Now I can send documents online, receive signed forms faster, and keep everything more organized from one place. I mostly use it for consultation forms, diet related PDFs, follow up assessment documents, and some wellness related paperwork, so checking document status and completed forms becomes much easier during daily work.
