**What do you like best about Fospha?**

Fospha allows us to accurately measure our true attribution which is singnificanlty better than in-platform. We've been able to considerably scale our TikTok efforts as a result of what we can see inside of Fospha. It's allowed us to scale dramatically across a variety of channels. It also allows us to better measure our campaigns. The saturation curve is an excellent tool and very useful for us.

**What do you dislike about Fospha?**

Nothing really. Some channels have taken a while to onboard but that's to be expected.

**What problems is Fospha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fospha gives us true attribution across all of our paid channels - Meta, Snap, TikTok, Affiliates, CRM, SMS etc.

Attribution of Upper-Mid funnel campaigns; attribution to Paid Social campaigns in their role for generating Revenue.
Allows us to focus more investment into Paid Social, especially previously less considered platforms, e.g. Snapchat vs overly relying on Last-Click platforms

**What do you like best about Fospha?**

Fospha goes beyond basic analytics. It uses data science to provide a holistic view of your marketing efforts across all channels.

The platform is surprisingly easy to use, even for those who aren't data wizards. Onboarding is smooth, and 
the interface is intuitive. This lets you get up and running quickly and start reaping the benefits of data-driven marketing. All platform integrations are straight forward, with no need for development support. 

Fospha's customer service team is another big plus. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Whether you have questions about using the platform or need help interpreting the data, they're there to ensure a positive experience, always going above & beyond to ensure you have all the tools necessary to ensure the data supports success. 

Overall, Fospha is a valuable tool for any brand serious about maximizing their marketing ROI. It's an unbiased platform that encompasses key components to uncover reliable attribition. The platform interface is incredibly user friendly meaning it's easy to digest information and inform budget making decisions as a result.

Their modeling seems quite effective which allows you to have a much better handle on your marketing efforts. In the optimisation dashbood it breaks down to add level to show the best performing creatives.

There isn't a way to monitor the lifetime value of a channel. That would be quite helpful.

We have recently decided to partner with Fospha, a leading provider of cross-channel digital marketing measurement solutions, based on a recommendation from TikTok. 

We were looking for a way to better understand how our marketing spend was translating into traffic and sales, which was difficult to measure within the TikTok platform. 

Since our introduction to Fospha and the integration process, we have found the experience to be easy and the integrations painless.

I like how easy Fospha is to set up and then get updates from daily. Fospha is the first tab I go to each morning to check back on the previous day's performance to understand where I can push or pull spend. It allows me to see the true source of each purchase or sign up and really understand the role each channel plays within my overall mix. The support and communication from the Fospha team is always great!

**What do you dislike about Fospha?**

Some features on the dash are a bit clunky, such as the date range function and not being able to customise your dash too much. Live or in-day performance would be a big improvement to give an early indication of performance during busier times.

Fospha gives us a source of truth for attribution when in-platform data is generally unreliable.

Working with the Fospha team is incredibly easy.  They are always open to feedback on the dashboard, providing custom reports and analyses, and always quick to reply to emails.  The recent update to include attribution at the ad set level has been incredibly helpful and will be useful as we begin to launch more channels and ad sets that are optimized to varying KPIs.

**What do you dislike about Fospha?**

It would be awesome if once you select dates on one dashboard that it translates to the next dashboard (ie. pivoting between campaign optimization and ad set optimization).  One other piece of feedback would be to add in a note or marker when campaigns are in a learning phase when you launch a new channel for example, that the algorithim needs to adjust to the newness of the channel before attributing correctly.

A really smooth onboarding experience meant that we were getting actionable insights within just a couple of weeks of signing up, and with very little internal resources required.

The data presented has allowed us to make data-driven decisions in our media spend which weren't possible before, leading to faster growth. We also actually really like the user interface as it prioritises clarity and ease of use over fancy aesthetics. 

Finally, a fast and responsive customer service team has allowed us ton continue building on our business models accuracy as well as our deeper understanding of it.

The user number limits per business can be a bit restricting when you want to share the data insights across the wider business; but we have managed to use the regular export feature to help navigate this.

Foshpa has provided us with a very quick to implement and good value for money multi-touch attribution model; which has allowed us to better understand the impact of different marketing channels and upper funnel media spend.

Fosha has been really useful in visualizing all of our marketing channel data in one place. It has helped us identify areas of potential overspend due to legacy reoprts using last-click attribution, and allowed us to confidently scale our Paid Social investment. The Fospha team are always super responsive and open to suggestions for improvements, supportive on bespoke reporting needs, and are happy to produce additional analysis for us / support us in interpreting the platform data when needed.

**What do you dislike about Fospha?**

Fospha are set up to integrate quickly and easily with platforms like Meta, TikTok & Google, but there have been a number of issues with accurately reflecting our Affiliate investment in the platform. It'd be great to see a more permanent solution to this so the platform data accurately reflects where brands are investing. 

We also haven't been able to utilise Fosha much in the context of omni-channel reporting and understanding the impact of digital marketing on store, one of our biggest marketing challenges, so this would be a great addition to the tool.

I've had a great expericen with Fospha so far! The platform allows me to share insightful information with my clients, and allows us to make strategy & budget suggestion for paid social more confidently compared to platform data alone. Furthermore, their customer service team is always helpful and super quick to respond, leading to a very positive experience with the platform overall. Furthermore, due to the user-friendly nature of the platform it was very easy to onboard onto it and starting using it.

In my own use of Fospha I've not encountered many issues so far. Whenever any issues have come up, Fospha have been quick & helpful in resolving. We are still missing some granularity in terms of reporting, but we know Fospha are working on this at the moment.

First of all, with Fospha we have access to more accurate paid social data meaning that we can make more informed strategy decisions. Second, Fospha is allowing us to analyse performance across multiple platforms, with this being a more apples-to-apples comparison.

Quick insights, that tend to be immediately actionable. Flexible pricing across client sizes, meaning even small spenders can take value from them. Wide variety of plug ins available meaning lots of ecom platforms & ad platforms are supported. Reactive to build new custom reports, provide access to betas, and build new connectors where needed.

**What do you dislike about Fospha?**

No major concerns so far. I think a more detailed explanation of how their modelling works would mean quicker buy in from more digitally experienced senior client stakeholders.

**What problems is Fospha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily gaining insights into impression led channel performance (Paid Social / Display), and where budget should be pushed or pulled back to maximise performance. Additionally, getting an insight into how much other channels are being overvalued, particularly Direct or Paid Search Brand. There have also been occasions where tracking has failed in other platforms, and Fospha has provided an ongoing view.

They have a user-friendly platform that allows you to see data clearly. They are agile enough to develop custom reports or dashboards if what you're looking for isn't currently offered. They do a great job of answering most of our business-critical questions and concerns. They have a really great team of intelligent engineers and account managers. Definitely recommend this tool!

Don't have any at the moment, if something is not generally offered, the team does their best with their resources to show us what we need!

They help us understand the full marketing funnel and how channels are driving growth for the business outside of a last-click model, which does not capture the full picture of our marketing efforts. It allows us to expand into new upper-funnel channels that drive awareness and exposure of our brand, while attributing data fairly and in a way that allows us to make investment decisions in a controlled manner.

**What do you like best about Fospha?**

We were up and running within 2 weeks, whilst our customer acquisiton reporting took a little longer this was still a very fast turnaround compared to other providers in the market.  The customer success team and our account manager have gone above and beyond in the first couple of months, running educational sessions with colleagues across our business and delivering a superb insights sessions just one month post go live.

The dashboards and reports available are very in-depth, easy to grasp and draw conclusions from. Fospha are also happy to be a strategic partner, delivering their own insights and recommendations for how to adjust our media mix,as well as recommending tests on existing and new channels.

We are still validating some of the results we are seeing within the platform, but we're doing this with our hands being held all of the way. Fospha really have been great thus far and i can't fault them.

**What do you dislike about Fospha?**

Nothing in particular. My only gripe (and it's a stretch) is that the history we have access to is only going back 12 months, any further requires an extra cost. This makes it difficult to draw YoY comparissons however, the pricing model is so competitive that the extra cost still feels like you're getting a bargain in comparisson to alternatives in the MTA space.

**What problems is Fospha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are going through a transition moving away from pure last click attribution and evolving our measurement framework to include MTA. Fospha is allowing us to do that with relative ease. The solutuion goes some distance to solving the problem we all face with GDPR regulations and the loss of data through cookie policies. The combination of click based attribution and methodologies more akin to MMM is state of the art and Fospha really seem to be ahead of the industry curve on this front.

We've quickly been able to ascertain the true value of our upper funnel activity, and with Fospha's help we are developing a testing roadmap to validate the results with a view to moving in to new channels in the next 6 months. Without the view provided via Fospha we would never have had the confidence to do this.

For us it was important to find a tool which helped us get a better view of which channels contribute the most to new customer acquisition. As much as most of our ad platforms + other channels will have new vs repeat customer reporting and data driven attribution we didn’t have a good view to compare them to each other and use our website CRM data to determine new vs repeat. 

We can now more confidently invest media spend in top of funnel activity where we see the strongest CPA

I’d like more options to create custom reports, however most times the team at Fospha is very quick to action and update dashboards with our preferences

Comparing PPC channels using the same attribution and allowing us to use customer data from our website in determining new vs repeat customer aquesition.

A reliable software that helps us make decisions confidently using data. Fospha helps us see where opportunities lie across all channels from a first click basis so we can shift spend and effort as required to drive more traffic through the best converting sources.

Our Fospha account manager regularly provides us with insights and recommendations for improvement and is also very helpful at answering any queries we may have in a prompt manner.

Easy to use to use but an update on the visuals / charts on the dashboard would be good.
The ability to report on LTV would be an added benefit.

Being able to use the data from the platform to quickly gain insights into which channels/sources aren't working well for us and shift marketing spend accordingly.

It would be useful to have the ability to save views/dashboards so that you don't have to reset the default settings every time you go in. For example, when you're running an experiment and just want to view the specific campaigns within the experiment quickly.

It also integrates so well with other platforms, specifically smartly for us, which makes management super easy, allowing us to utilize automation to optimize our campaign to perform better. The dashboards also make it very easy for us to go in and see how performance is at the campaign, ad group, or keyword level for when we want to drill down.

Fospha have a very proactive development team who work with us directly on the measurement problems which aren’t covered by the platform, helping to develop custom solutions for us.
We’ve also been working closely with their team to develop a model which predicts our optimal spend distribution across all our marketing channels which is something the rest of the business (not just Marketing) are keen to understand - being able to partner on a project like this means getting loads of input into the finished product.

Whilst it is great to be able to better understand the value of our online touchpoints such as digital marketing, our website content and eDMs, this is just one part of the picture. Fospha has provided us with an independent view and measurement of our marketing channels and has allowed us to compare them side by side rather than using the ad platforms themselves which all use slightly differing attribution models. 

They have also integrated our key dimensions from our database, allowing all members of the marketing team to create intuitive graphs/tables and segment complicated information with no coding or querying knowledge!

We are also working with them to look at the long-term customer journey for our first large-scale brand campaign (including offline activity), which will be critical in analysing it's success.

On a personal level, they are the nicest agency I have ever worked with and they are always looking for ways to build custom solutions to any problem we've presented to them.

Our biggest issues since working with Fospha have been with our internal dev team accidentally messing with tracking. When this has happened, Fospha was very generous and paused our contracts until we were able to fix it (as well as providing regular calls with our team to help diagnose the problem). 

The only other thing is interface isn't the prettiest thing I've ever seen, but equivalent to Tableau and made up for by the customisable aspects of the product.

Fospha has significantly helped with our internal reporting and saves us a significant amount of time.  As previously mentioned, reports are easy for any of the team to create by dragging and dropping the information we want to see and allows us to create totally bespoke reports. 

More recently we have been working with Fospha on their new products which we will share the results of with our agency who manage our PPC and Paid Social activity to help them keep acquisition costs on target.  

Again, also as previously mentioned, we will be working with Fospha to measure our upcoming brand campaign, including offline marketing channels and the relationship they have with existing digital channels.

More recently, we have been working with Fospha on a project to optimise and plan our channel spend and understand saturation points using a new tool called Budget Planner.  The tool deliverers valuable insights that allow us to reduce spend in certain channels whilst not having a negative impact on conversions, driving a higher ROI and lowering customer acquisition costs.

Using the Customer Journey report provides us with insights as to the touchpoints used leading up to a conversion rather than using just a last-click view. This helps in determining which channels support, but do not always receive the credit, providing another highly useful dimension when reviewing performance.

Working with the Fospha Data Science team on TV MMM projects has provided a data driven test of hypotheses for what is and isn’t working in our TV marketing, and linking the performance back to our offline sale conversion rather than web traffic

The client we worked together on was very complex so setup took a little longer than expected
Currently there is no direct integration with tools like Data Studio (you can export data and upload, and there are data data warehouse integrations that will help and actually might be better at dealing with greater volumes of data)

**Recommendations to others considering Fospha:**

Attribution, done properly, takes some effort to get things set up properly. Make sure you are clear with the team at Fospha about what you need and be prepared to make sure you can involve the Marketing team and Deveopment team to get everything in place properly.  

The current interface is not very visual (there are products coming to help) so you might want to consider how you will visualise your data. We are integrating with Tableau that will cover this.

Fospha have helped one of my clients with a history of really difficult data problems connect up the different parts of their business and for the first time really measure their marketing spend based on an offline sale conversion – it was the first time we had been able to see how much margin/ROI is credited each channel in a data driven way, and we were able to identify £50k per month in PPC savings. 

With the help of Fospha’s TV focused MMM reports, my client has been able to reinvest those savings into further TV advertising and experimentation.

Previously the reports we got from the advertising channels' themselves were measured slightly differently from one another, meaning it was difficult to weigh them up against one another.
